One of our favorite places is Carla Romanelli's house, La Pietra, near Cortona, Italy. Katherine spent many happy days there; Scott chose it as the place where he asked Katherine to marry him, and it

is the place where Katherine said "yes!".

Carla is one of our dearest friends. She and Franco joined us in Aspen for our wedding, and she

honored us by agreeing to be Jeremy's godmother.
